Members & Roles

Inviting an email that already has an account activates them immediately. Otherwise the invite sits pending until they sign up — no manual "accept" step needed, it reconciles automatically. For the Player or Parent role, picking a player links them (or their guardian) to that player's record automatically, even if the invite is still pending. The invited email gets a sign-in link automatically — no need to walk them through it in person.

Smart Alerts

Thresholds: attendance below 60% is red, 60-79% is yellow. Absence streak of 3+ consecutive missed sessions is flagged. Development deadlines already passed are red; due within 7 days are yellow.

Data import / restore

Restores from a previously exported JSON file into your current organization, matching records by their original ID (safe to re-run — existing records are updated, not duplicated).

Deliberately excludes memberships and coach qualifications — restoring access from a file would silently reinstate permissions rather than going through a real invite. Re-invite coaches instead. Also: this works cleanly restoring into the same Supabase project it was exported from. Restoring into a different project may fail on rows tied to a specific coach account (created_by, assessed_by, coach_id) since that user won't exist there.
